About: Good Hope Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

Delivered baby number 2 at Good Hope Hospital on Valentine's Day 2017.

Had the most amazing experience from the minute we called up to the minute we were discharged with baby.

All staff so knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Hospital absolutely spotless and generally the most positive experience we could have had. So, thank you Good Hope Hospital (Heart of England NHS Trust), and God Bless the NHS.

I'm so pleased to read that you had an amazing experience, that you found the hospital to be spotless, and the staff all so knowledgeable, kind and courteous.

I will ensure that your post is highlighted to the Matron and Maternity Management Team to request that your feedback is shared with all of the team who work very hard to provide and promote a positive patient experience.
