I have back trouble and when my back goes I cant bend down to cut my toe nails and wondered if they will provide this service for me, otherwise I have to pay private and its quite expensive. Not on any benefits for the back disability though. I was told I can self refer, but just wondered as it seems to be for those with foot conditions.
