Ablation carried out on 1/2/2017.
Ward 14 was busy but everyone received cheerful and timely attention.
The staff seemed to go the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly and I was kept informed of what was happening and questions were answered in a professional manner.
In all, an excellent team on this ward by all staff.
