"The care provided at A & E was excellent"

About: South Tyneside District Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited A & E with symptoms which were not serious , but which could have indicated real problems related to my long standing medical condition .

I was taken seriously , and underwent a series of tests and examinations by doctors and a consultant , throughout the day i found the staff to be professional , courteous , and respectful .

I felt as though i had been well looked after , and came away reassured that i was not in need of urgent attention , sincere thanks to everyone at A & E for their diligence and professionalism.
