Admitted our relative -- emergency treatment superb or arrival.
Admitted to Respiratory ward and good initial treatment
Then went seriously downhill with wrong drugs given, then wrong remedy for wrong drugs resulting in new condition - had to ask for a scan to check what they had done.( even collected wrong patient for the scan)
No one taking responsibility with no blame attitude.
Relative now far worse than came in for and no one sorting their mistake.
No high chain of command available to resolve.
PALS system not worth it.
"Lack of duty of care"
