About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

I am disgusted with the service...I was seen on 14 of Oct 2016 and told that I would receive results of xray I had within a few days. It is now February 2017 and still no results ...after numerous calls to the receptionist I'm still no further forward...told each time that the doctor dealing with it is on leave or holiday or hasn't done any work yet after coming back....been told receptions isn't in so can't look on computer.....saying they have no details of me there but then they have...iv been hung up on on a number of occasions too. I have never felt so frustrated and angry about medical care in my life...once I eventually get my results I hope never to set foot in this place again.
