"Cancelled appointment"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Urology

Had an appointment for 2pm arrived in plenty of time 1.45pm to be told my appointment was cancelled the previous week.

Did not receive a letter or telephone call to inform me of this.

House phone with answering machine/mobile always on my person.

Why are people not been informed correctly complete waste of my time and expense of fuel/parking.

People need to be informed in the right manner, cancellations of appointments need to be confirmed not just assumed
