I am sorry to learn of your MS and I can understand how difficult the severity of your condition must be for you. Therefore, it is pleasing to read that you feel the care and compassion given to you by the staff on Ward 12c during your recent stay was excellent.

I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the ward for the attention of the medical and nursing teams involed in your care.
