About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

I visited the children's accident and emergency department with my young son. I was actually looking for the urgent care center but ended up here and they were happy to help me. I was seen by a registered nursed within 5 minutes and they then directed me to the urgent care center where I saw the out of house gp. I was in and out the hospital with my son in less than 30 minutes. They were quick efficient and very helpful. I expected to be there all night and meet some very stressed out staff but have to say I was pleasantly surprised and have nothing negative to say at all.

We are delighted that you found our staff so accomodating and you received swift attention from our 'in house GP'.
