"Terrible 15 1/2 hour wait"

The staff, from reception to the nurses and doctors, have no respect or empathy towards their patients in my experience. I was passed from person to person, whom often repeated what the last nurse or doctor had done, with no information being relayed to myself. My notes got lost on two separate occasions, and after waiting 15 hours with urinary tract, kidney and gastric tract infection, during which I threw up constantly, I was finally admitted to a ward.

The staff do not communicate with each other, are inefficient and rude.
