I have been given a follow up appointment to assess how ENT surgery went but not an appointment for the surgery itself.
I have tried for 5 working days in a row to speak to somebody regarding my ENT operation.
I have during that time spoke to one person who said they do not deal with ENT appointments, left 3 messages on the ENT appointments phone and waited endlessly for anyone in ENT to pick up the phone that is listed on the website with no success.
I know the NHS is busy at the moment but how are people supposed to plan for an appointment when they cannot find out when it is?
