My son who is as an apprentice training in tipton became unwell.

He called nhs 24 who sent an ambulance to his hotel. My son was taken to a&e where he received excellent care.

My son was then admitted to the surgical ward for an appendicectomy operation.

The staff kepy me well informed every time I called as we live in scotland and he was there on his own. My husband travelled to dudley the next day.

My son was well looked after.

I would like to thank all staff from the telephone operator, nurses, surgeon.

An excellent duty of care was given .
