"Total care for one very scared patient."

I had to attend for a colonoscopy. I admit I was scared stiff. Me, a grown woman, but everything had happened so quickly. From start to finish I was treated with great care and patience. Everything was clearly explained and all the staff I came into contact with were friendly, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble. I can only pass on to anybody else facing this, do not worry, you do not need to.
