"Good organization but poor in support patient"

About: University College Hospital / Accident and emergency

I went to the hospital A&E because I have been sick for some time with diffused symptoms that actually scared me (vertigo, blurred vision, fatigue) - on the weekend, my friend was able to take me to hospital as I did not even managed to go out by myself. The organisation of the A&E was great (despite I felt so bad for a lady bleeding all over the floor and she was asked to wait even thought she needed really immediate help). The nurse I saw was nice and did their job the best they could. However, the doctor I saw was just plain arrogant, told me I looked excellent (despite being pale with a massive rush on my face) and totally health, ignored all my symptoms, and in the end the doctor told me that I had a Urine Tract infection (based on the urine test) which was basically wrong (and hence I took antibiotics for now reason!). No further assessment, no blood test, nothing!
