I am disgusted and ashamed with the De-humanization that I felt on the above date staff rude / not interested in patients / chaotic planning basic operating procedures not followed limited compassion or empathy given.

Patients inquiries dismissed as "we don't know" not bothered to look at information sent to the patient if AE Department was so busy and no beds why not do something about it and not take it out on the patient's as it was easier to do this to vent their anger.

No assistance given to assisting with dressing or getting into a gown" take care of yourself even on return from theater bleeding heavily not inter4ested no base line observations or help to clean up left department with no information of procedure undertaken just a consent form no idea what had happened to me no advice given over pain relief or how I was expected to feel over the next few hours.
