Wasnt looking forward to my procedure at Urodynamics but the staff were all lovely and I was treated with the utmost care and respect and dignity. In what is an undignified procedure to say the least, I was put at ease with the doctors friendly attitude and also the staff with their friendly and informative attitude.The whole experience was efficient and professional whilst retaining a humorous and calming approach. i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this department to others. The waiting time from urology appointment to investigations was quick and everything went smoothly. Thank you
