About: The Great Western Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Took my young daughter following ENT referral by the GP after 2 years of hearing loss issues and trouble fitting her in at a previous hospital. The audiologist was excellent and the follow on team ensured I was fully informed on results straight away, did not patronise and went through the pros and cons of the 3 options we could pursue. We had a fairly long wait to be seen but it was obvious that the department was busy and also, we were given such thorough and detailed care that the waiting was justified. Many thanks.
