"No need to have been worriedCombined..."

I was referred just b4 Xmas as my Hb was low. Seen very quickly in OPD and referred to have combined Colonoscopy/Gastroscopy on Jan 10. The whole experience was of a friendly, professional team who clearly enjoyed each other's company. The dept was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff nurse who clerked me in and did my obs was lovely.They reassured me and the nurses in the lab and recovery area were so kind. The endoscopist, was lovely and carried out both procedures quickly & with dignity. What a great team.....thank you so much. I'd been dreading these procedures but would willingly have them done here again. This comes from a patient who ran a large hospital dept in Bradford and is maybe more observant than most..
