As I walked into reception, I felt very daunted and nervous... seeing so many ladies waiting to have their treatment in a tiny room. It was very awkward, as seats were taken up and the room was very humid. However, the receptionist was very polite and welcoming and gave clear details of what I had to do. As I went to the first floor... there was another room full of patients, waiting for their consultation... again very awkward... no seats at all. Anyways, the nurses who checked me first were very calm and got me relaxed and explained the process of my treatment. They apologised for being busy, as it was due to the Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays, the clinic had been closed for several days. After being consulted, I had to go back downstairs to the cramped reception, where there was no seats, me and my partner were standing up for hours and being on an empty stomach from midnight and feeling nauseous didn't help. I actually fainted in reception... a nurse came quickly to my aid and checked my blood pressure and tried to get my surgical treatment done as as possible. They were very helpful, kept me reassured, made sure I was fit for the treatment. Overall, the place is very professional and staff were very helpful all the way throughout the process and made you feel at ease. The only let down is the layout of the rooms, please try and improve it, as it will feel much more welcoming and comfortable.
