"outpatient appointment"

I had to have a colposcopy as an outpatient , and was nervous and embarrased, but the consultant and the nurses that assisted them were absolutley fantastic. From start to finish they made me feel at ease, and turned the situation around to just another appointment that i need not feel embarrased about . I have also accompanied my mother on several occasions for outpatients and admissions, and the service, staff and hospital facilities are second to non.
