The whole atmosphere of my seven hours in this hospital, not forgetting the fine treatment by the ambulance staff, was perfect. The staff appeared to get on very well with each other, which is extremely important to recognise. Each member behaved in a straightforward fashion providing confidence in what they were doing to you. Maybe they were not overstretched during my stay, but their manner of keenness in enjoying what they were doing I am sure would help under pressure. On leaving it was a joy to give a passing thank you. Having moved up here from London in the last 11 months the experience bears out what I understand was contained in a report undertaken in the last few years - Excellent
