Over all the service is very good. But one issue that bothers me is you are forced to reduce whether you are ready or not if you miss a few appointments.

I am so busy with work that I cant always honor my appointments as Im stuck in london traffic. I dont think it is fair to reduce me if I am finding it a struggle to balance. I dont like the attitude "if we dont see results we will reduce you" Addiction is hard.

We aim to be patient driven by patient choice as we know this is your recovery. Ask for an evening appointment if you struggle to make day appointments.
