About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

I attended the RSH Endoscopy Unit for a gall bladder removal in the middle of November.

Following the operation I had a short stay to followup on a slight infection. I cannot think of words to say how wonderful the after care team in the Short stay ward were and, how lovely the specialist and their team were.

I get cross when I hear people and the media putting down the NHS.

We are so lucky to have this facility and the care and devotion of the people who provide it.

I have had a lot of experience of hospitals over the past 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. As we enter a new year perhaps it is the NHS who should be the recipient of an honor.

Thank you very much for your kind comments and for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your procedure necessitated a short inpatient stay with us but I am pleased to note that the care you received from our teams here was as you would expect.
