"Fantastic support and advice"

Words fail to fully articulate the support and advice offered by the staff at Advocacy Support Cymru, right in eye of the most ungodly of personal storms. thanks to ASC & specifically Rachel my ability to pursue 150% valid complaints against ABHB services, but none significantly, it has taken the enormous pressure off myself and my family. Rachel attended meetings with senior staff at Newport's CMHT and ensured that aspects I had personally overlooked were brought to the attention of a senior consultant. From there, the NHS finally referred me to Llandough's brain injury service, where function tests have gradually begun to establish previously dismissed symptoms. None of this would have progressed without the support of Rachel and her perseverance in collecting case history facts, has made the complaint process infinitely less stressful. For this, I am eternally grateful.
