"I was treated with love, care and kindness"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I fell at home and fractured my femur. I was taken to hospital and transferred to Bramshott Ward, operated on the next day. As an elderly patient, this was quite traumatic. From the doctors, nurses to all the team I was treated with love care and kindness. I want to thank you all for looking after me so well and I will never forget you. Bless you all.
