I recently received outpatient daycare treatment at RUH Bath ENT and was highly satisfied with the speed, professionalism and courtesy encountered throughout, from clinical and nursing staff. Human warmth and high morale give patients confidence the best outcomes are being achieved..The waiting room while fairly busy never seemed crowded, and the provision of well-plenished waterjug and paper cups shows real forethought for patients' needs.
I saw several instances of patients young and old being courteously dealt with as individuals. I attended thrice over two weeks, so got a good idea of the high standard of care. Congratulations to all, and many thanks.
