"Unhappy with care for my relative"

Castlerock care were meant to be looking after my relatives personal care but they haven’t been doing it properly for months. When they have been & given them a shower, I am still finding faeces on certain parts of their body which is awful. I’m hoping this will be resolved soon but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. They also arrive far too early for bedtime visits (6pm or 6: 30pm). Having paid carer is meant to help me but instead I feel run-ragged complaining all the time which is making me feel stressed & worked up. Nobody else is doing their part & it’s dragging me down. I will say however that they are on time every day.
