When my daughter gave me a number to ring to make an appointment, I wasn’t happy. I must admit, after 25 years working in the NHS, I was sceptical about this new system. However, it was a fantastic way to make an appointment! I am so glad that I no longer need to wait for a letter to arrive, with an unsuitable date and time, only to write back and wait for another appointment- which was all so long winded. This new system is brilliant!
