"I owe her my life"

(as the patient),

After reaching possibly the lowest ebb of my life, I tried to take my own life and if it wasn't for the phone call I received from Emily, she stayed on the phone for over an hour to me and instantly put me at ease.

She spent the next 16 weeks patiently listening and offering structured helpful techniques and without a doubt I owe her my life.
