"Dissatisfied with the service"

About: Southend Hospital / Accident and emergency

The service my Wife received was total unsatisfactory .On arriving they took her blood pressure which was very high they check it three times they said it was to high therefore they would have an E.C.G which never took place. The staff which were atending her where not interested they came to give her pills that where for somebody else . After sitting for 5Hours watching staff standing by the desk all the time no wonder the service is poor
