"NHS 111"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

I called NHS 111 last night as I was in a lot of pain. Unfortunately I didn't tick enough boxes to be seen urgently, but the lady on the end of the phone was extremely kind and that made a huge difference to the way I was feeling. Thank you.
