I came to see Urologist a month ago when they decided I needed an ultrasound scan and a cystoscopy.
I was satisfied that everything went well however, I received an invoice today despite me being an NHS patient.
When I rang the hospital they denied all responsibility, blaming the invoice on radiology staff at Leighton.
I then rang the finance department at Leighton (number was on the invoice) who are 'looking into it' but the person who sent it to me is away. In the meantime, I am left with an invoice demanding money I can't afford to pay within 14 days.
This is not the service I expect when I attend an NHS appointment
