"Kidney removal"

I was admitted to ward 54 recently where i had laparoscopy surgery to remove my left kidney under the care of mr chapman. I was unlucky and got sepsis with other small problems. The care i got was unbelievable from all the drs involved so caring and wonderful people always keep you informed of your illness and what is happening mr chaudhry always making sure i understood great man.

A big thank you. Miss wepper. Mr chapman. . Mr chaudrey. Mr lioyd. Helen the registrar sorry helen cant rember your second name also the junior dr that was on wonderful caring dr.

I would also like to thank the nursing staff lead by mandy. Id like to thank michelle who was on nights and all night shift personnel.  im really sorry i cant remember there names so lovely and caring people. Id also like to thank day shift personnel. Mandy. Ann. Mary. Kerry. Stacey.

Im so sorry for not remembering all day shift everyone one of day shift very caring and wonderfully. Im also sorry i missed peoples names id like to thank. Thank you mandy and your great team should a patient read this drs and nursing will not see you in pain please ask them for medications. If unsure of your condition ask drs. Or the nurses.
