Please do not go with this Clinic. I called up and booked the offer price back in May, as i was told it would not be around for much longer. After taking my payment i heard nothing from the Rotherham Clifton Lane Clinic at all. After chasing several times make many calls i finally got an appointment with a doctor who was nice enough but did not explain to me about the different implants available to me. I then saw the coordinator after who then wanted more money from me saying i needed different implants, ETC. The coordinator was extremely rude, trying every which was to haggle more money out of me. I was told when booking the offer price i was getting the exact same as anyone else paying full price, it was just that they need to fill the beds when they were empty. Yet this member of staff was giving it all the talk saying I needed to pay more money.

Several months past and I were then called to be told that the doctor had had an accident and could no longer perform surgery. I was then transferred to a different doctor and had to make another trip to the clinic to be seen 2 weeks prior to my op date which was booked for the 5th November. 6 months after paying in full.

The second doctor then advised me the implants the first doctor was going to give me where BRST implants and they don't use them as they are basic, they only uses Allergan Implants. After this i did some research to find that the BRST implants are lowest end and little shelf life! Every other Clinic i have visited since has not ever heard of this implant nor can you find anything about them online. Be careful as to what they are going to stick in you, seek expert advice from other major Clinics first.

I was then called a day before i was due in for surgery to tell me the machine had broken. What machine? Again everywhere i have visited since cannot understand what rubbish stories this Company has come up with.

I had not only prepared myself for this op mentally & emotionally but also planned in time for my holidays, so that i would be fully recovered. I booked over 7 months ago well in time. I was told nothing could be done about it; they had no recovery plan, no emergency procedure, no back up surgery or clinic. Nothing at all!! This is the worst and most unprofessional situation i have ever heard of. I had not only booked any paid for my hotel and train ticket as well as booked a week off work.

I was then told that they would refund me the hotel fee & train ticket after complaining. So i filled out the forms requesting a full refund as this was completely unacceptable. I sent this recorded delivery signed for and also wrote a letter of complaint to the owner. Not only has no one acknowledged receipt of this letter, after 6 phone calls on varies days over the past 2 weeks to speak to the accounts department to ask when i will get me refund. Their response is the accounts dept is not in. That’s funny that they don’t seem to work ever!
