"A let down"

About: Southend Hospital / Neurology

I am really disappointed, I was diagnosed with epilepsy in early October, my follow up appointment isn't until April (which I can deal with, if I can get support when/if I need it). Sadly this hasn't been the case, I've been v.stressed and drained as it's pretty much impossible to get answers to any of my questions & I feel like I just get treated as a nuisance whenever I phone.
