"Worst patient experience ever"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / General surgery

On two separate occasions this hospital has failed. Kept waiting for hours and told departments unavailable due to hour of the day. Second occasion the SHO actually went off the ward after forgetting about us and failed to answer his bleep twice. Only went there because of NHS rules on which hospitals GPS can recommend. My own GP stated off the record that they would never go there.
