What I liked

Pretty much nothing

I guess you get what you pay for.

What could be improved

Decor, facilities, staff training, attitude toward people. Ask a nurse for somthing and wait an hour. Shocking.

Anything else?

I was shocked. I was there to visit my father. I thought I had stepped back 25 years. No facilities for patients I dont count the 3 inch tv you have to pay for. Medical staff are few and far between. Senior doctor visit just once a week. Shocking. Food (I am suprised you dont charge for it too) looked dreadful, which is why I assume nobody was eating it.

You need more, better trained people. Treat you patients like guests, not an inconvienience.
