(as a parent/guardian),

My  baby was admitted to cramlington hospital on  with bronchiolitis. He had a bit of a bad time and would like to thank the doctor that was on duty who gave 100% in looking after my baby and the nurses who were fantastic giving the care he needed.

I am so glad that your son got the attention that he needed from the staff in the department, they will be very proud to read your kind words.
