"Shambolic management and severely understaffed"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

I have been a patient of this clinic for 1 year suffering from a condition that could fairly easily be treated however I have been passed from pillar to post without anything happening. I've been referred from one consultant to a nurse, back to another consultant and then to a forth person just because they did not have enough knowledge of a common condition. During this time, notes about my condition have frequently been lost. This is an awful long time to live with debilitating pain. The NHS usually provides top class care but this has left me very disappointed.
