"Waiting time on test results."

I have been dealing with my doctors, radiology & neurology department in inverness for over 18 months about health problems ie muscle loss in legs, severe pains in the groin area which most days I am bed bound. As this is my 2nd M. R. I scan, my doctors at my medical practice told me they would put it through as a priority. They never did. When I got my 2nd scan, I was told that my results would be with my doctor within 2 weeks, so I phoned my doctors and guess what, I was told it would be another 4 weeks before I would get results back, so after all that I've had to go through, I am in agony all day everyday and can't live a normal life, unable to pick my young daughter up as I've no strength in my legs also unable to do a 5 minute walk without feeling I am going to collapse.

I would like an explanation to why the NHS think they can treat my health in such a disgraceful manner. I am a young man feeling like 85, and keep getting fobbed of with medication that does not work, this was the last straw. A service provider like the NHS should be honest with patients, as worry can deteriorate our health.
