Had appointment for treatment of serious leg wound arrived 20mins before appointment only to be told the appointment is not booked to me even I have the day and time of appointment on my phone sent from the practice. In the end I had to dress a serious leg wound at home risking infection of the wound for the third time while being treated at this practice. This is unacceptable.
