"appauling"

Rooms have water stains/plaster falling off. The staff at reception are lovely and one member of staff always remembers my name which is nice. That's as far as my compliments go. If the treatment provided by this place was to treat something such as an infection the whole world would be infected by the time they decide to help. Think it is acceptable to just leave with no support due to gaining further diagnosis.
