"Excellent care"

I had to visit the Urgent Care Centre in Erith 3 weeks ago. I was extremely short of breath and could not even speak to the receptionist. THe receptionist was extremely professional and patient, and was quick enough to provide me with a pen and paper just to get the basic details. Within seconds I was escorted to the clinic room by a wonderful nurse. the Doctor attended immediately and I was soon recovering on Oxygen aided by Steroids. Whilst the environment left much to be desired, the care given to me was amazing and I can only thank everyone involved. I only wish I could name them as I'm sure they deserve the recognition. It is nice to receive praise in such a circumstance
