at times service appalling, initially told my daughters condition was down to poor diet and sugar, they even blamed the length of time I breast fed for, tried to insist that she was eating sweets and sugary drinks then they blamed her fruit intake, then they told me she had a condition which affected the enamel on her baby teeth and it was nothing to do with diet, kept staring they wanted to discharge her as it wouldn't affect adult teeth, when it affected adult teeth they yoyoed between saying they wanted to discharge her and keep her on their registers. Follow up appointments were a nightmare to get, never sent out until multiple request were made. Eventually I gave up on the place and paid privately, they requested copies of her medical records, only things sent were one set of X-rays from 2012 when she'd been receiving treatment regularly from 2011 to 2015.
Cannot get through to speak to anyone on the telephone to obtain records . When you phone for an appointment it's an answer machine and you're lucky if you get a response from the first message left.
