"Preop Assessment"

I attended my preop appointment at the beginning of November at the Royal Infirmary Day Surgery Unit. I just wanted to pass on how brilliant the staff were. My pre-admission nurse Moira (can't remember her last name) was absolutely brilliant. I just want to thank her for her understanding and patience during that appointment and that she really is a brilliant nurse. Thank you for making the appointment as relaxed as possible and really listening to what I was saying. You are a credit to the unit! X
