"Rude receptionist"

Visited the out of hours GP on saturday 19th december 2016 all was fine with that GP was really friendly and helped with my problem, whilst i was in with the GP however the person from reception rang through to the doctor and the doctors phone was on loud speaker the exact words were ' This women is doing my head in, cant you just get her seen' straight away the doctor took the phone off loud speaker so would hate to think what else was said, i find it absolutely horrendous that staff speak this way about the patients when all we are doing is needing help.
