"I feel the doctor was rude"

I visited the doctors regarding two problems with my health. The doctor tried to shug me off and tell me to keep an eye on it, which I have been doing for the last few years. I have also been keeping a log of my problem which I showed the doctor. The doctor basically said keep an eye and that was it. So I got upset and as soon as I got upset the doctor was saying what do you want me to do? what are you worried about? a brain tumour or something? . Even if I wasn't worried about that, that's not something you say to a patient to put things in their head. Then I was offered anti depressants, that may or may not help. So I refused these as I dont want to rely on tablets if I dont know the problem, I feel the doctor was very rude and just wanted to finish work for the work.
