I first visited the hospital as an outpatient in March 2016 and was struck by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I met from those at reception, to the nurses and then my excellent consultant. I received treatment on the day which I was not expecting. However after a week it was apparent that I would need to return as the area treated started to bleed. One phone call and I was invited to go in and see my consultant that same day who then set up an appointment for the following week to have surgery on the area. From then on I was fully involved in the process, all my questions answered and fears allayed. Everyone was simply wonderful, it really felt so good to be in an environment where I was treated with care and expertise. Fast forward to November and once again I had an excellent consultation and have now been discharged. This is my first time in private health care and I would not hesitate to strongly recommend the ENT department to anyone who needs treatment. Thankyou to everyone involved who has helped me through this process.
