What I liked

Although appointments are quite short it always felt like they had time for you and the staff were helpful and caring at all times. The care is highly personalised and very effective.

What could be improved

Waiting times in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is aware of the need to improve waiting times and is currently recruiting into its vacant post which will help to reduce waiting times.
