"A bit hectic on Moor Green Ward"

It’s a bit hectic on my ward with new patients. We are managing well and supporting each other.

Some staff don’t interact in the way we would like, but the majority of the staff are really supportive and help you when you need help and support.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I understand that it can be a little hectic at times, but I am glad to hear that you are managing well and are supporting each other. You mention that some staff do not interact in a way you would like, which is disappointing to hear as we want all staff to behave and respond in a way that is compassionate and courteous. You do however go on to say that the majority of staff help and support you when you needed which is great to hear.
